Important information about cancellations!

Have you booked a parking space at P1, P2, P10 or P Dome (municipality of Amsterdam)?
➡ You must cancel yourself via your account, no later than the day before the event via laptop/tablet. Not via mobile phone.
➡ We do not process cancellations via e-mail.
➡ Refunds are NOT possible if you send a cancellation by e-mail outside our opening hours.

Did not receive your ticket?

➡ Log in to your account and download your ticket.
➡ Also check your spam folder.

Customer service opening hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 16:00
Friday: 09:00 – 12:00
We are closed on weekends.
From Friday May 2nd untill Monday May 5th we are closed.
